Cuvée Compagnon Refund & Return Policy
Pre-Order Cancellations We understand that anticipation comes with questions. You may cancel your Batch 001 reservation and receive a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. Once a "Cellar Note" has been sent confirming your bottle has been fulfilled and a tracking number is issued, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns Due to the small-batch and perishable nature of our cuvées, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This ensures the integrity and safety of every bottle that leaves our cellar.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact the Concierge at concierge@cuveecompagnon.com immediately with photographic proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
